Kevin and I just want to say thanks for everything you have done for us selling our home through during our relocation. I am so happy we picked you to handle our home sale. You are truly a unique Agent. Your professionalism and above and beyond service is everything a person could ask for. Coming from the corporate world that demands superior customer service, I have a pretty high bar. And you easily soared above it. The whole sudden "I need to move" and extensive
details and paperwork for selling the home and the process was pretty overwhelming. You were right there for us (and me personally) when things got stressful. Your advice and direction got us everything we needed from selling our home in Somis - to buying the dream home in Washington. You even were happy to answer questions I had on the new home purchase. Again - above and beyond. But that is absolutely your nature and you just don't settle on providing your clients anything but the best efforts and intentions from you. Your
extensive knowledge of the market, the area, professionalism and great marketing plan helped us sell our home in 6 days! As a professional marketer I was very impressed with your complete plan you have developed to sell our home. An actual written plan. All of this was too good to be true and a huge relief to me in this transition of our life. You treated me as a friend and I appreciate that the most.
