best,” we were very happy that we found you, a qualified real estate

From the beginning, your “I Love Camarillo” website caught our
attention. At the first meeting, we were very impressed on how well you
knew the area. You made us feel very comfortable with your professional,
no-pressure approach. During the home searching process, you were very
responsive towards our needs. We appreciate how much time and effort you
spent in keeping us informed and up-to-dated with the market, answering
our questions, and making sure that we didn’t miss any home that fit our
criteria. During the buying and negotiating process, we were glad that
we had you on our side in dealing with the headache of back and forth
offers and counter offers. You worked hard to ensure that our financial
goal would not be compromised by the “as-is” conditions of the sale.
Once both sides agreed on a purchase contract, you did an excellent job
in coordinating with the lender, the escrow company, and the seller
agent to ensure that everyone was in tune with our thirty-day closing
time. Knowing that we were concerned about the condition of the house,
you even asked you husband to help installing a thermostat to verify
that the central air system was working well. Since the seller refused
to provide a home warranty policy, you purchase one for us, at your
cost. After the escrow was closed, you kept contacting us to make sure
that things were going smoothly with our new home. In term of great
customer services, we couldn’t ask for anything more.
Jennifer, you’ve exceeded our expectations from a professional real
estate agent. We would recommend you without any hesitation to anyone in
need of a professional realtor.
